GREATEST OFFER OF ALL OFFERS!

Romans 5: 18 ” Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people.”

This chapter provides a powerful and compelling reminder of the amazing love and grace of God that save us through the perfect and complete sacrifice of Christ on the cross and the shedding of his innocent blood. That only one sacrifice gives us peace and eternal hope that we are forgiven and God remembers our sins no more (Hebrews 10: 17). This is the good news; the gospel of grace that sets us free from all sins.

Just as sin came into the world through one man (Adam), our salvation came to us as well through one man (Jesus Christ). For there is only ONE God and ONE mediator between God and men and it is Jesus Christ (1 Timothy 2: 5). Death came through Adam but life came through Christ! (John 10: 10) “For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous”(Romans 5: 19).

Jesus Christ’s work of atonement for us on the cross can be nothing less than the greatest manifestation of the love of God for us. “God demonstrates his love for us for while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5: 8). I hope my friend, you will not take this lightly or for granted. God loves us and wants none to perish and he has already done everything we need to be reconciled with him and have eternal life. We have no excuse. We only need to believe and embrace his redemptive work, live by faith in the center of his perfect will, and please him in everything we do here on earth. Eternal life is in Christ and when we put our faith in him and surrender full control of our lives to him, we can be rest assured that we are saved, our sins are forgiven and eternal life is ours too.
